Job Description
- Team Manager – Manage the in-development Functional Testing Team
- Perform test estimations and provide to the project manager
- Manage end-to-end delivery to the SIT environment
- Preparation of Test Strategy, Test plan, and Run Plan
- Review the Test Scenarios and Test Cases
- Present testing status in PWG and PSC meetings
- Preparation of Daily Status Reports/Summary reports/ Test Closure Reports
- Convene defect triage meetings and perform defect management in JIRA
- Assist Application Developers in identifying and resolving the defects
- Recommend design improvements or corrections to the technical team
- Hire, mentor, and guide the QA team
- Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and create detailed bug reports
- Manage coordination with various stakeholders
- Participate in a walkthrough of deliverables and a defect triage meeting/Regression.
