  • Support field efforts to resolve metrology issues:Analyze process results and indicators to assess equipment performance and make recommendations on performance improvementCrisis management with sound problem solving skills and project management skillsCoordinate with factory and field on technical requests and provide timely solution
  • Coordinate transfer of technology from factory to field to ensure readiness and understanding of new metrology systems:Develop collateral material used to support field resolution of metrology issuesDevelop and deliver training programsWork with field and factory on systems qualification
  • Involved in new technology development and perform technology promotion to customers
