Job DescriptionHow You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)Salesforce Administration & Configuration- Manage daily Salesforce operations including user setup, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and license assignments.- Configure and maintain Flows, dynamic layouts, record types, approval processes, dashboards, and reports.- Build, customize, and support standard and custom objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, etc.).- Troubleshoot system issues and implement practical, scalable solutions.- Maintain data accuracy and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems or platforms.Release Management & DevOps (Copado / GitLab)- Support Salesforce release cycles using Copado, including preparing user stories, performing commits, and executing deployments.- Configure, maintain, and optimize Copado pipelines and deployment jobs.- Assist in planning and delivering metadata and code deployments across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.-...
