What will your role be

  • Oversee and update training program to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Develop new course materials to meet specific training needs.
  • Organise external and in-house training curriculum and content
  • Conduct training and Knowledge Sharing sessions.
  • Monitoring training process through feedback to analyse training effectiveness.

Who are we looking for

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent education and 3 years experience in e-LMS .
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail, well organised and analytical.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken) and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to train in virtual and classroom environment.
