What will your role be
- Oversee and update training program to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
- Develop new course materials to meet specific training needs.
- Organise external and in-house training curriculum and content
- Conduct training and Knowledge Sharing sessions.
- Monitoring training process through feedback to analyse training effectiveness.
Who are we looking for
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education and 3 years experience in e-LMS .
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail, well organised and analytical.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train in virtual and classroom environment.
