Application Technology Management Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:

Application Management: Ensure the continuous operation, maintenance, and performance of business-critical applications.

System Monitoring: Proactively monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise to minimize downtime.

Incident & Problem Management: Handle and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary, and managing the root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, business stakeholders, and internal teams to support application functionalities and improvements.

User Support: Provide application support and training to end-users to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Should have worked on Java Springboot, REACT JS, GCP, PostgreSQL. Worked on API architecture.
