Mission & Responsibilities

You will be mainly working for one of our multinational customers that is famous in the alcoholic beverages industry. You will join our support team (level 1 and level 2) to monitor and do technical support for the EDI system we set up for our customer’s Japanese branch. We also encourage our teams to go beyond this scope by doing more challenging technical tasks.

Your scope includes the following activities:

Monitoring related activities:

  • ● Monitor the EDI system to make sure that every transaction is processed correctly. You will also track any unusual or suspicious behaviors to prevent issues in the future (proactive maintenance).

  • ● Monitor the integration of transactions in our customer’s ERP system (SAP) to check that all IDOC files have been integrated successfully.

  • ● Analyze and process all notification alerts to identify the error and its root cause.
