Document all requirements for the assigned product in an overall systems requirements document. Ensure proper traceability.
Performs requirements management process – cascades requirements to appropriate departments.
Tracks system level issues (requirements, defects and technical issues) and gathers regular updates based on discussion with respective departments.
Ensures that all requirements are met, and the product quality is achieved.
Identifies specification issues and negotiates with internal and external teams to reach a resolution.
Creates system test plans based on specifications and standards.
