Duration: Yearly Renewable Contract (Convertible)
Working Location: AMK
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 6pm)
Salary range: Up to $6500 (Based on experience)
Job Responsibilities- Design, configure, deploy, and maintain application systems and related infrastructure
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for application incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability; implement optimizations as needed
- Collaborate with software developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams for system integration and enhancements
- Manage application releases, patches, upgrades, and configuration changes
