WingSwept is an award-winning, employee-ownedcompany seeking an Application System Administrator within our application development division, toprovide both internal and external technical support for our web-basedCase Management and Tracking System(CMTS) as well as other key applications within the company.
The responsibilities of the position will include:
- CMTS Software installation and updates in our AWS hosting environment as well as in customer Windows OS environments
- SQL Query writing and custom report making for customers
- SQL expertise to transform data for data migrations from old system into our system
- Assisting clients with migrating our application and data for server migrations
- DevOps in AWS, comfort with gitlab and terraform
- Monitoring, patching, new environment setups/tagging, backup setups for CMTS hosting
- AWS backup checks, backup and restore testing
