Job Description

We are recruiting an Application Support Technician to join our Application Development and Support Department.
Main responsibilities
Corrective and preventive maintenance of the Group's applications managed by the Application Development and Support Department (DSA).
First-line support for the Group's applications, covering both FrontOffice and BackOffice.
Development of custom reports and listings for the Consumer Finance and Banking areas.
Desired profile
Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles.
Higher education in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience with relational databases (preferred).
Proficiency in English.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Team-oriented mindset.
Critical thinking abilities.
