Job Description
Salary: P70,000-P100,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: 11:00PM to 8:00AM Manila Time
What are we looking for?
Skills Required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of backend development: Python, Django, REST APIs
Experience with databases, particularly PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar)
Ability to perform system monitoring and incident management
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with developers, clients, and teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often under pressure
Nice to Have
Experience with Celery or other asynchronous/background processing tools
Familiarity with application security and monitoring practices
Knowledge of ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance standards
Exposure to SIEM tools or security incident monitoring
Experience supporting enterprise client integrations
