Job Description

For a Swiss Private Bank, we are looking for a Trading Application Support FOREX specialist to provide day-to-day application support for FX trading platforms used by Front Office users and traders. The role requires strong knowledge of Forex products and hands‑on experience with FX trading applications such as SmartTrade, 360T, Integral, and ULBridge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 / Level 2 application support for FX trading platforms.
  • Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of trading applications used by Front Office teams.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents impacting trading activities.
  • Liaise closely with traders and business users to understand issues and provide timely support.
