We are hiring a technically inclined support professional to handle advanced application issues for enterprise cloud-based systems. This role focuses on backend investigation, issue analysis, and collaborating with internal technical teams to ensure system stability and client satisfaction. You will act as the second line of support, managing escalations, performing system analysis, and ensuring service continuity across global users
