- Experience in ATM/CDM/ITM machines Aptra activate/ATMX Application and production support
- Hands on Experience in supporting ATM/CDM machines software/hardware.
- Very good knowledge in troubleshooting and fixing ATM/CDM//ITM/BCDM machines issues .
- Hands on experience in ensuring the resolution for Production issues is accurate and within SLA.
- Proficient in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Review and Deployments
- Exposure to banking domain would be an added advantage.
- Interested to work on Production Support and root cause investigations.
