Job Description


Position open for a while. Looking for Singaporean or PR only but must be Chinese & English speaking.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to end-users' inquiries and requests for assistance on the ERP System.
  • Tracks all enquiries and supporting issues and addresses Open issues promptly
  • Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice & assistance to end-users
  • Teaches end-users on the usage of Application Software
  • Provides documentation on system & application configurations

 Requirements:

 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

  • Experience with ERP software will be an advantage.
  • Able to analyse and solve problems effectively
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
