Overview:
This role is Application Support for Global Banking Applications - Finacle Real Time Payment Platform, primary responsibilities are identification and resolution of production incidents. Problem Management post incident resolution to determine root cause, mitigating actions, drive and track permanent resolution. Management of incident and problem tickets through the enterprise ITSM tool.
Responsibilities:
Day to day production support of applications
Coordinate and organize the workload towards sustaining a stable environment and operational excellence.
Identify and implement improvements across the GWB estate.
Contribute to the delivery of key initiatives.
Fulfill regulatory assessments and audit related requests.
It should be noted that the role would require individual to work occasional weekends and evenings to support change release and project activities.
