PRTR is now working with the big retail business to find potential candidates to play the role of Technical Support.

The expectation for this position is to be strong in Web & Mobile Application addition, you have good English skills.

Responsibilities

  • Being the Main support – online website and mobile and related function
  • Knowing and understanding online sales channels, working together with OMS (order management system), Royalty – Point, e-payment, and transportation services flow.
  • Monitoring integration between related systems is in sync.
  • Monitoring Services, informing and recording issues into the system.
  • Coordinating with third parties or in-house teams for solutions within SLA time
  • Informing user once issue happens and resolution with ETA provide.
