Being the Main support – online website and mobile and related functionKnowing and understanding online sales channels, working together with OMS (order management system), Royalty – Point, e-payment, and transportation services flow.Monitoring integration between related systems is in sync.Monitoring Services, informing and recording issues into the system.Coordinating with third parties or in-house teams for solutions within SLA timeInforming user once issue happens and resolution with ETA provide.
