Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of experience in IT production support or equivalent

  • Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Sitescope, Tivoli Netcool/WebGUI

  • Experience with .NET Core, Java Virtual Machine, Windows

  • Basic understanding/exposure to ITIL /ITSM

  • Ability to work in non-contiguous shifts including potential weekends



Preferred Skills & Qualifications


  • ITIL Foundation/Intermediary certification
