Job Description
We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Application Support with a solid background in application support. This role is heavily focused on production support, incident management, and continuous improvement of existing systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment and brings a proactive, analytical mindset to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end application support for Configuration Items within the IT library, including incident resolution, minor enhancements, permanent fixes, and tools development.
- Maintain, update, and document workarounds and proactive management procedures in the knowledge database.
- Deliver timely resolutions and proactively communicate potential SLA breaches to Support Leads or the Incident Manager.
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams during incident investigation and resolution as required.
