Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Provide second-line application support for international market clients, ensuring service continuity and compliance with agreed SLAs.
  • Administer, monitor, and maintain application platforms, ensuring performance, stability, and security.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Manage deployments, configuration changes, and environment maintenance across on-premises and cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
