We are looking for a German-Speaking Application Support Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in managing and resolving tickets, prioritizing tasks, and routing incidents, ensuring efficient support for critical applications. You will collaborate with internal teams and international clients, applying ITSM best practices and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes.
