Job Description
TEKsystems is actively seeking qualified technical support representatives for a 12 month contract position that is 100% remote. We are looking for candidates with at least one year of Technical support/help desk support experience. The successful candidates will have software troubleshooting skills followed by hardware troubleshooting experience. This individual must be a quick learner as the first 2 weeks are spent being trained on their proprietary software and how to offer a high level of quality support to their customers. Our client has a very family oriented approach internally as well as externally with their client base and desire that all people be treated with this same level of caring and respect. Must have great verbal and written skills (support done through chat, email and via phone), Windows Operating Systems knowledge, preferably previously worked in a Windows environment.
