The Challenge
We are looking for a German-Speaking Application Support Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in managing and resolving tickets , prioritizing tasks , and routing incidents , ensuring efficient support for critical applications. You will collaborate with internal teams and international clients, applying ITSM best practices and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes.
