PRTR is now working with a big brand of retailers to find a potential candidate to play the role of Application Support (Finance).

This position expects you to be strong in Finance EBS and a good English skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting EBS, proc services, and finance tools related.
  • Developing EBS report as per request.
  • Monitoring data Integration from another system to own service, reviewing issue logs, informing and recording issues into the system.
  • Coordinating with third parties or in-house teams for solutions within SLA time.
  • Handling in-house development for form, report, and integration.
  • Informing user once issue happens and resolution with ETA provide.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years experience.
  • Understand the ERP and Financial Application & Skills.
  • Retail Business experience is a plus.
