- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for critical business applications (e.g., JD Edwards, M-Files, Enova365, Docmap)
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents/requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with IT teams (network, compute, security, architecture) to solve complex issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and propose long-term solutions as part of problem management.
- Ensure application performance, stability, and compliance with standards.
- Build and implement automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Actively contribute to Continuous Service Improvement and the Shift-Left strategy.
