Job Description


  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support for critical business applications (e.g., JD Edwards, M-Files, Enova365, Docmap)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents/requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.

  • Collaborate with IT teams (network, compute, security, architecture) to solve complex issues.

  • Perform root cause analysis and propose long-term solutions as part of problem management.

  • Ensure application performance, stability, and compliance with standards.

  • Build and implement automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

  • Actively contribute to Continuous Service Improvement and the Shift-Left strategy.

  • Stay up to date on security trends and conduct regular compliance reviews.

  • Support end-users with clear, effective communication.
