Job Description
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in software engineering or Tier 2+ application/customer support role
Strong experience in Core Java / Full Stack Java
Good knowledge of SQL / MySQL databases
Experience with Splunk or monitoring tools
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and Shell/Bash scripting
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Experience with Cassandra database
Fluency in English required, with preference for candidates proficient in Japanese.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and weekend support
Nice to Have:
Experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
