We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer to join our technology supervision team. This role focuses on monitoring, operating, and supporting critical IT systems, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, operate, and support enterprise systems using BMC Control-M and EasyVista
  • Ensure the availability and reliability of Unix/Linux/Solaris environments
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell Scripting
  • Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations
  • Support service management processes aligned with ITIL best practices
