Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team, providing operational and technical support for client-facing applications in production environments. You will troubleshoot and resolve incidents, apply code fixes or configuration changes, analyze system performance, and ensure the smooth running of business-critical applications. This role requires rotational shift work in either of those shifts below, usually updated every 2 months:
Sundays - Thursdays ○ 6am - 3pm ○ 2pm - 11pm ○ 3pm - 12am ○ Flexi 10am
Tuesdays - Saturdays ○ 6am - 3pm ○ 2pm - 11pm ○ 3pm - 12am ○ Flexi 10am
Technology Stack
Alfresco, Nifi, Spark, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, REST, Angular, Ionic
Front-End Mobile: Ionic/Angular (primary cross-platform focus), Swift/Kotlin (for native bridges/optimization), REST/GraphQL integration.
Back-End Services: Java (Spring/Hibernate), Go Lang, PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs. Job
