Your Impact
As an application support engineer, you are responsible for resolving application and system problems that arise. You respond quickly when technical problems occur abruptly and need to be resolved immediately. In doing so, you will combine your business skills and technical IT knowledge.
In addition, you will:
Provide technical support to teams within the organization as well as external customers Implement functional changes in both existing and new applications Test and introduce modified applications within the organization Be responsible for management and user support for various applications Provide advice and support to users Keeping user documentation and procedures up to date Monitoring interfaces of different applications Examining problem notifications Improving existing processes
