Job Description

As an Application Support Enginee r at Beta Systems, you will provide top-tier support to our global enterprise customers for our industry-leading platforms: ANOW! Observ e (observability) and ANOW! Automat e (workload automation). You will be part of a 24/7 support operatio n, interfacing directly with enterprise clients and collaborating across internal teams. You will act as a technical subject matter expert (SME ) for product and platform-related issues, providing technical insight, troubleshooting complex problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

An experienced L3-L4 support engineer, system administrator, DevOps engineer, SR E, or even a software develope r looking to move into a customer-facing technical support role.
