JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team. This role combines deep technical expertise in cloud-native technologies with hands-on application support experience.

This is a customer-facing support role, whereby you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of our applications running on modern infrastructure platforms, while supporting emerging AI-driven solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for production applications, including incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
  • Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, monitoring, and optimization of containerized applications
  • Monitor application performance and system health using observability tools, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users
