Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Resolve and manage production incidents (L3), ensuring accurate root cause analysis and timely resolution;
Analyze application architecture and business workflows, following transactions across multiple system components;
Investigate complex issues through log analysis, database queries, and system metrics;
Proactively define monitoring metrics, identify recurring failure patterns, and collaborate with development teams on structural improvements.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or similar;
Solid hands-on experience with Linux shell environments;
Knowledge of SQL (DML operations);
Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and/or Python;
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, ELK Stack);
Proactivity and dynamism;
Organizational and communication skills.
