Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

  • Monitor the Secure GPT service, identify issues, and ensure prompt resolution;
  • Handle service incidents and keep stakeholders informed throughout the resolution process;
  • Identify and implement enhancements in processes, procedures, and service observability (alerts, dashboards, queries);
  • Serve as the primary escalation point and support the team in delivering excellent internal customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Support;
  • Strong service management skills, including SLA and ticketing;
  • Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Bash;
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as LogAnalytics, Grafana, and Prometheus;
