Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Secure GPT service, identify issues, and ensure prompt resolution;
- Handle service incidents and keep stakeholders informed throughout the resolution process;
- Identify and implement enhancements in processes, procedures, and service observability (alerts, dashboards, queries);
- Serve as the primary escalation point and support the team in delivering excellent internal customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Support;
- Strong service management skills, including SLA and ticketing;
- Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Bash;
- Experience with monitoring tools such as LogAnalytics, Grafana, and Prometheus;
