Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Monitor the Secure GPT service, identify issues, and ensure prompt resolution;
Handle service incidents and keep stakeholders informed throughout the resolution process;
Identify and implement enhancements in processes, procedures, and service observability (alerts, dashboards, queries);
Serve as the primary escalation point and support the team in delivering excellent internal customer service.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Support;
Strong service management skills, including SLA and ticketing;
Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Bash;
Experience with monitoring tools such as LogAnalytics, Grafana, and Prometheus;
Expertise in Azure web applications and JavaScript development;
Proactivity and dynamism;
Organizational and communication skills;
