Job Description


Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Support Engineer L3 with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.


Responsibilities:
  • Support for a commercial software product, diagnose and resolve complex issues, and implement system enhancements using JavaScript

  • Perform manual testing and develop automated test scripts

  • Conduct technical research to support ongoing product improvements

  • Provide Level 3 (Tier 3) technical support for a commercial software application

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues escalated from support teams

  • Implement front-end and back-end system changes using JavaScript

  • Perform manual testing of new features and fixes
