Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Support Engineer L3 with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Support for a commercial software product, diagnose and resolve complex issues, and implement system enhancements using JavaScript
Perform manual testing and develop automated test scripts
Conduct technical research to support ongoing product improvements
Provide Level 3 (Tier 3) technical support for a commercial software application
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues escalated from support teams
Implement front-end and back-end system changes using JavaScript
Perform manual testing of new features and fixes
