Provide ITIL support under the following areas.

• Service Request management
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound processes, inventory transactions, and cycle counting.
• Expertise in configuring WMS functionalities and customizing workflows to meet operational needs.
• Ability to collaborate with warehouse teams, analyze issues, and provide effective resolutions.
• Hands‑on experience in report design and configuration using tools such as BIRT, BIRST, or Logi Reports.
• Basics of SQL.
• Knowledge of RF devices and label printing for warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Basics in SQL stored procedures, query optimization, and database troubleshooting.
