Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application support for banking systems
  • Investigate and resolve system incidents and issues
  • Monitor system performance and availability
  • Liaise with development teams for issue resolution
  • Support after office hours or on-call when required

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of application support experience
  • Strong SQL and system troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting banking or enterprise systems preferred
  • Willing to support on-call / shift basis if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
