Responsibilities



  • Troubleshooting application and incident management activities

  • Work on Linux/Unix commands

  • Write shell scripting for app debugging

  • Work with databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL

  • Understanding distributed networks and application high availability and load balancing

  • Understanding CI/CD toolkits

  • Understanding network administration

  • Excellent communication skills, and prior experience in a technical support role


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent

  • Minimum 6 years of technical support role with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and incident management activities

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer management and customer-facing experience
