Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare technical drawings combining products selection and system integration to suit
• Work closely with principal R &D and product management for customized solutions
• Travel outstation regularly to conduct training and ground inspections
• Regular reviews with customer for overall improvement

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields
• Minimum 3 year of experience in application or technical support roles, preferably involving gear reducers or power transmission systems
