Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st level support to users and identify the issues/change requests advised by the users within the applications
  • Maintain ownership of tickets and effectively log service tickets in Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Employ basic procedures for user account management and access for various applications
  • Gather and analyze information about the client issue and determine which team is suited to resolve the problem
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests to support SLA targets
  • Create and update knowledge articles

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's in business, computer science, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role
  • Fantastic communication skills (both verbally and written)
