Role Purpose
To provide enterprise-wide application support within an integrated run-and-build environment by ensuring the stability, performance, security, and continuous improvement of critical banking applications. The role combines DevOps practices, application lifecycle management, and production support to deliver reliable technology services aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Operations
Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability
Diagnose incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
Manage SLAs, disaster recovery processes, backups, and system resilience
DevOps & Continuous Improvement
Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and configuration management
Manage application upgrades, patches, and performance optimisations
Support containerised and cloud-based application environments
