As an Application Support Engineer, you need to work in close collaboration with the Application Developers, peer Support Leads, Application Managers, Offshore teams and Infrastructure Support
Must Have Day to Day Responsibilities: Minimum 7 years of experience in Application support and problem diagnosis skills - ability to jump in and investigate issues, resolve problems, and communicate status Manage user query mailbox effectively, understand the scope of teams work and ensure timely and appropriate response is provided for all user queries.
