Role Overview
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer (L2) to support high-availability, real-time digital platforms. This role is open to both early-career and experienced candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, ensuring smooth user experiences, and maintaining platform stability.
You will work closely with engineering teams to investigate and resolve issues affecting live systems, transactions, and integrated third-party services.
What You'll Do
· Provide Level 2 support for live applications with real-time user activity
· Investigate and resolve issues escalated from first-level support
· Analyze application behavior to identify root causes of issues
· Perform basic review of existing code for troubleshooting purposes
· Troubleshoot UI and frontend issues using HTML and JavaScript
