The Role
We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer to provide business-facing support across a range of core applications (CRM, HR, Marketing, LMS, etc.). In this role, you will be responsible for helping staff use systems effectively through training, documentation, and clear communication – as well as handling day-to-day troubleshooting and escalating more complex issues to the technical team.
