Job Description
Main Accountabilities:
- To perform second level troubleshooting / analysis on application reported issue
- To attend to cases reported on system in timely manner
- Communicate to user / Call Center / Developer on reported issue
- Perform troubleshooting / analysis in database level (SQL queries)
- Follow up and provide resolution on every reported cases
- To provide use training to client for any new project rollout
- Assist in building knowledge based on daily reported issue
- Customize report / program for internal usage
Other Business Assignments:
As assigned by Team Lead / Division Manager
Level of innovation and initiative:
Medium level of innovation and initiative. The position should be able to evaluating and analysis of issues and to rectify it accordingly with the help from developer and project manager when necessary.
