Job Description
Applications Support Developer provides Technical and Customer Support experience. Technical support relates to the maintenance of the app, software and other organization's technological systems. Customer support relates to helping the clients understand how to use the application or system and help solve any issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify all client's RQs by investigating functions to determine if an actual issue is reported.
- Ensure to shorten the ramp time in giving resolution
- Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the issue
- Troubleshoot and identify potential problems; needs also to check if the same issue is already known and if it has fixes or workarounds.
- Database troubleshooting experience is required.
- Create and update technical documentation logs for reference
