Application Support (Client Account Manager)

Liaise with customers to gather information and data required for system setup, implementation, and post-sales support.

Assist in Data Migration Activities to ensure smoothness of Project Implementation.

Identify and resolve issues within the collected information and data; communicate with clients to clarify and provide suitable solutions.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, ensuring it reflects the latest system updates and releases.

Compile, document, and update ongoing issues, contributing actively to the internal knowledge base.

Lead client discussions to ensure smooth communication and project understanding.

Monitor project timelines and coordinate with programmers to address any technical issues efficiently.
