Job Descriptions:

• Liaise with customers to gather information and data required for system setup, implementation, and post-sales support.
• Assist in Data Migration Activities to ensure smoothness of Project Implementation.
• Identify and resolve issues within the collected information and data; communicate with clients to clarify and provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, ensuring it reflects the latest system updates and releases.
• Compile, document, and update ongoing issues, contributing actively to the internal knowledge base.
• Lead client discussions to ensure smooth communication and project understanding.
• Monitor project timelines and coordinate with programmers to address any technical issues efficiently.
