Position Description:

CGI Philippines is looking for an Application Support Consultant with a strong background in Java and PL/SQL to support an Australian utility client. The role involves providing reliable application support while ensuring all deliverables meet CGI's quality standards and engagement policies.

As an Application Support Consultant, you'll work closely with both our Manila and onshore teams to ensure smooth and reliable application operations. In this role, you'll handle incidents, service requests, problems, and changes—keeping systems running seamlessly through proactive monitoring, ticket management, and daily health checks.
